USING KI ON OPPONENTS ARM/ELBOW

 

1. RH grabbed by RH  - Perform Beggie #5 to break his grip on you RH followed by a reverse grab with your LH as you reach over to his RH grabbing it, with your Left Index Finger at the juncture of the thumb and index finger and the rest of your fingers on the knife edge of his hand. Without breaking your movement, swing his arm over your head (CCW) as you step behind with your LF and drive your RH Forearm (horizontal to the floor) into his arm (2 fingers above his elbow) circling your whole body CCW and downward taking him to the floor.

2. RH grabbed by RH - Performed the same as #1 but this time snake your LH underneath his RH for the reverse grab as you swing his arm over your head.

3. RH grabbed by RH - (Dan Jon motion) Perform 2-Step Dan Jon 45 to your left front across the front of your opponent reversing the grab as your hands reach over your head. Continue as above.

4. RH grabbed by LH from the side - Swing your Right Arm in a wide CW circle reversing the grab with your LH and drive your arm (RH pointing to the ground) into his elbow as your arms begin to come full circle bringing his to his toes. Without breaking your motion, reverse the circle and proceed into the arm bar as above.

5. RH grabbed by LH from the side - Same as #1 above.

6. Both hands grabbed from the front - Same as #1 above.

7. Both hands grabbed from the front - Sane as #2 above.

8. Both hands grabbed from the front - Same as #3 above.

9. Double grab of your RH - Same as #1 above.

10. Double grab of your RH - Step forward with your RF pointing your RH index Finger to the ground, grab the top of his RH with your LH and peel his grip away from your RH swinging his Right Arm outward to your Left. Continuing your motion. go into #3 above (Dan Jon).

11. Double grab of your RH - Pull back with your RH and reverse your pull to a push and proceed as in #3 above (Dan Jon).

12. RH grab of your RH - Same as #11 above.

13. Grabbed at Wrists from behind - Pivot to your Left pointing your LH Index Finger to your front (original Left) and up over your head while you point your RH Index Finger to the ground behind you. Now step behind his LF with your RF as you duck below his arm positioning yourself behind his arm (reversing the grab on your LH Wrist with your LH ) and cross step behind your RF to perform the arm bar taking him to the ground.

14. Grabbed at Elbows from behind - Pivot to your Left pointing your LH Index Finger to your front (original Left) and up over your head while you point your RH Index Finger to the ground behind you. Now step behind his LF with your RF as you duck below his arm positioning yourself behind his arm (trapping his wrist with the inside of your Left Elbow) and cross step behind your RF to perform the arm bar taking him to the ground.

15. Grabbed at the back of the collar while sitting on the floor - Grab the back of his Right Ankle with your LH driving your Right Forearm into the inside of his Right Leg taking him to the ground.

16. RH punch with your RF forward - 2-Step Hoi Jeon Bup block (#3 Chu-Mok Mokko Chiggi Kwon Sool).

17. RH punch with your RF forward - RH CW Circle Block trapping his wrist in the V of your RH Thumb and Index Finger bringing his wrist (palm-down and elbow-up) to your LH at waist level to reverse the grab with your LH. With no break in motion, drive your RH Forearm into the back of his arm (2-Fingers above his elbow).

18. RH punch with your LF forward - 1-Step Hoi Jeon Bup (like #16 above).

19. RH punch with your RF forward - Same as #17 above using X-Block.

20. RH  punch with your RF forward - Same as #16 above using X-Block.

21. RF Side Kick with your RF forward - Double Knife Hand Block/Grab sliding your RF behind for a 180 CW Pivot to throw him to the ground driving your LH Forearm just above his Right Knee.

22. Double Front Grab attempt with your RF forward - Same as #16 above.

23. Double Front Grab attempt with your LF forward - Same as #18 above.

24. Double Front Grab attempt with your RF forward - Double forward Knife Hand Block sweeping both hands outward in a circular motion bringing his hands down in front of his body. Continue the motion of your RH to sweep his Right Arm up over his head and proceed as in #3 above (Dan Jon).

25. Static Grab - Stepping forward with your LF, sweep his LH with the back of your LH and proceed as in #2 above.
