JUDO /JUJITSU THROWS

 

1. RH  grabbed by LH - Place LF in front of his LF and spread the fingers of your RH drawing your RH across to your front left side. Reverse the grab on your RH with your LH as it passes in front of your body and swing your Left arm in a CW arc bringing his arm over your Right Shoulder and keeping your Right Elbow pointing up (bent with hand pointing at the ground) as you step to your front Right side pivoting 180° with your back facing his front into a deep horse stance. As you go into the deep horse stance, pull down on his Left Wrist and bump his abdomen with your rear hips throwing him over your shoulder. (Note: hang onto his arm as your body lurches backward positioning his fall so that you don’t break his neck).

2. RH grabbed by LH  from the side - Swing your Right Arm in a wide CW circle as you step in front of his LF with your LF reversing his grab with your LH as you step in front of his LF with your LF and proceed as in #1 above.

3. Both hands grabbed from the front - Same as #1 above.

4. RH grabbed by both of his hands - Spread the fingers of your RH  as you reach across to your Right taking a step 45° to your Right with your RF followed by your LF and bring swing his arm over your Left Shoulder, then follow through for the throw.

5. RH grabbed by RH (X-Hand Grab) - Same as #4 above.

6. RH punch to your face w/your RH forward - LH CCW circle block sweeping his arm down and in front of your body and proceed as in #4 above.

7. Double grab attempt - Double inside/outside knifehand blocks followed through as in #4.

8. You grab his LH w/your RH - Same as #1 above.

9. RH knife attack to your mid-section w/your RF forward - Double hand lower block pushing his hand to your left while stepping back with your LF to redirect his motion then follow through as in #4 above.

10.  RH knife attack (overhead) - Sane as #6 above.
